1986
Passion is born
The passion for catering was born in 1986 in Turin.
Emanuele and Patrizia discovered their passion at San Giorgio, a restaurant located in the medieval village of the Piedmontese capital. In those years they absorbed their passion for cooking and the idea of creating a new reality was born.


2004
The wine shop
The first experiment that unites the art of wine and the immense passion of Emanuele and Patrizia is born in San Damiano d'Asti.
"La Bottega del vino" embodies quality and professionalism, in a short time all the Asti area knows and loves this reality

2008
Rossobarolo
"Rossobarolo" is finally born, which to this day offers breathtaking flavors in the center of Barolo, a city chosen by nature to give the best and most sought-after wines in the world.
Rosso Barolo represents a mix of professionalism and quality of flavors that leaves anyone speechless.

The art
Rossobarolo brings art to its restaurant with permanent exhibitions of local and non-local artists. "Purple Ryta", "Aldo studio" by Alessandria and "In Quarto" by Priocca are just some of the signatures of the extrasensory works that decorate the interiors of RossoBarolo
